Aeroflex Colorado Springs’ standard product line offers MIL-STD-1553 databus and transceivers, A-D converters, microcontrollers, LEON 3FT microprocessors, MSI logic, memories, LVDS, FPGAs, and SpaceWire. All products meet specifications over the full -55°C to +125°C temperature range and are screened according to specific test methods of MIL-PRF-38535. We offer devices as Standard Microcircuit Drawings (SMDs) with QML Q and V certification with varying degrees of radiation hardness. We also provide RadHard Digital and Mixed-Signal ASICs. The QML Class Q and V ASICs are built in a commercial fab using RadHard-by-Design technology with usable gates up to 3,000,000 and 300 krad(Si) to 1 Megarad total dose hardness level. FPGA to ASIC conversions are also available. The Circuit Card Assembly capability consists of assembly, test and coat in a high mix/low to medium volume operation and are ISO 900Aand AS-9100 approved. We combine best commercial practices of circuit card assembly with our high-rel integrated circuits to provide CCA solutions. Aeroflex Plainview offers high-rel RadHard standard products to Standard Microcircuit Drawings (SMD) such as RDCs, voltage regulators, MUXs, RF switches and transceivers along with power products such as Battery Electronics Units (BEUs) and DC-DC converters are ideal for high-reliability environments. Application-specific multi-chip and hybrid modules are also a specialty of Aeroflex Plainview. Aeroflex Motion Control and Motors’ solutions such as frameless or DC motors, motor/ gearheads, actuators, gimbals and control electronics perform flawlessly aboard missiles and satellites. |
