The RCTS-002 Radio Communications Test Set is made up of a TS-4532*, a J-4843A, a PL-1538 RPM unit and a PS-001 power supply. The power supply provides LRU power, making the unit fully self-contained.

This unit is used to test U.S. Air Force ARC-222 and ARC-186 radios. The addition of HAVEQUICK capability (RCTS-002 HQ) enables the testing of ARC-164 radios.
